I looked for a towel holder in white ceramic (towel) two months ago. It can not all can get ceramic - one that came near ceramic surface-mount white and chrome "ring" to keep the towel. I was in Wilkinsons. Just as the idea may be the toilet paper holder.
M & S had a good selection of bathroom accessories, if I wanted one years ago, I'm sure there were things ceramic.
But sure it is a duck!
