and also for ATI 5870 (no overclocking whatsoever)

You can buy a new cooler for i7 cheaper if the action is too high.

You should first try to see if you really want to overclock things watercooler. Personally, I think overclocking is much safer than the creation of cooling water in any way. And you will see a small performance from overclocking, you will see not only the water-cooling.
